LGSPI shall not be used for displaying any advertising except for identification of the manufacturer or operator of the LGSPI in conformance with section 11.1.3.8.1. The Zoning Board of Appeals shall take final action on the special permit application within thirty (30) days following the close of the above-noted public hearing. Stormwater discharges from areas with higher potential pollutant loads require the use of specific stormwater management BMPs (see Stormwater Management Volume I: Stormwater Policy Handbook).
